About DispoIQ
DispoIQ is disposition software for real estate wholesalers. It exists for the part of a deal that starts after the contract is signed: finding the buyers who actually purchase that kind of property, keeping every buyer in one place, publishing a deal page under your own brand, and seeing who opened it and who made an offer.
What the product does today
Pro covers buyer discovery and buyer management: buyer map search, nearby buyer discovery, buyer and property matching, adding discovered buyers to the CRM, segmentation and buy boxes, deal pages, buyer engagement tracking and offer tracking. Scale adds two-way texting, bulk deal texting, a shared SMS inbox, one automatic follow-up, 10DLC onboarding and advanced engagement analytics. The pricing page lists each plan and its billing basis, and the features pages describe each capability in plain terms.
DispoIQ is currently waitlist only. There is no self-serve signup, no checkout and no trial. Access opens in small batches so every new account is set up properly.
How we publish guides and comparisons
- Every guide starts from a written brief that records the question it answers, the pages already ranking for it, and what a reader needs that those pages do not give.
- Statements about DispoIQ come from the same published facts as the pricing page. We do not describe data sources, refresh rates, coverage or message delivery that we cannot show.
- Comparisons that include other products name them for identification only. Each fact about another product is checked against that vendor's own published page on a stated date. A fact we could not check is marked "Not independently verified" rather than guessed. We publish no ratings, rankings or testimonials.
- Worksheets and examples are fictional unless a source is named. We do not present customer results.
- Legal and money topics are explained for orientation only. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.
- Every page shows its publication date and its last update. When a vendor fact changes, the page and its date change with it.
Who writes these pages
DispoIQ publishes its guides under the company name. When a named author is added to a page, that author and their role appear on the page itself.
